醉酒有2方面危害
一。危害社会（包括制造噪音，打架斗殴，犯罪）
二。损害个人（健康，嗜酒，账单）
所以澳洲规定酒店卖酒必须要有执照，顾客买酒必须要有ID
在这里酒精是被看做和毒品一样的东西。
 
所以再次重申，喝酒可以，喝醉可就不是闹着玩的了。
