 前几天我才抱怨，对家人耍性子 但是事后不到十分钟，发现自己是多么无理 其实并不是他们错 我真的不该如此刁蛮
 
 再想想， 为什么我要发脾气然后再后悔，懊恼自己过失呢? 为什么我不能在短短的十分中里, 先保持冷静, 沉思一下下, 才做出解决问题的行动, 而不是一味的发脾气 这样才不会铸成大错.
